September 30, 2025, marked a historic day for Dapa as the Blessing and Inauguration Ceremony of the new Municipal Hall and Legislative Building was formally held. The program began with the unveiling of the marker, followed by a Holy Mass and the blessing of both the Municipal Hall and Legislative Building.
We were honored to be joined by families, friends, and representatives from various agencies, alongside Vice Mayor Gerry M. Abejo, all members of the Sangguniang Bayan, and the LGU Dapa family. Their unwavering support is vital to the plans and vision of this administration, underscoring the significance of this historic occasion.
The event was made even more special as we also celebrated the birthday of Mayor Elizabeth T. Matugas, the woman behind these developments and whose steadfast leadership continues to guide the municipality toward progress and unity.
As the new Municipal Hall and Legislative Building open their doors, so too does a renewed commitment to serve the people of Dapa with integrity, dedication, and unity.
