I am a 5th year Architecture Student from Bulacan State University. I am currently conducting a research vital to the preparation of my thesis proposal entitled "AQUA-VENT-TURE: Siargao Water Sports and Recreational Complex Integrating Environment Responsive and Filipino Tropical Design"

In connection with this, I would like to ask some question about the major problems in Siargao. These are the following:

1. What are the problems that Siargao is facing during the peak season and when a natural phenomenon like typhoons, tidal waves, etc. hits the island?
2. What are the possible natural resources in the Island of Siargao that have not been discovered yet which can be used as construction materials?
3. Are there any problems within the community that requires extensive research and can be answered architecturally?
4. Are there any present inland activities during typhoons?
