OOA 061845H May 2015, joint elements from this station led by PI AUDREY ROSE REGUERO RIVERO, OIC, Provincial Intel Branch SDN PPO led by PSI JULIUS LOPEZ MOJICA and PPSC led by PI Sarah Villanueva implemented a Search Warrant Nos. 2015-02 for Violation of SEC. 11 Art. II of RA 9165 and 2015-03 for Violation of RA 8294 issued by hon. CESAR P. BORDALBA, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 31, Dapa, SDN dated May 5, 2015 against ISAGANI DIMASANGCA y USMAN alias “UTOY, 30 years old, married, jobless, resident of Purok 2,Brgy. Del Carmen, Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte.

3. That before the serving and implementation of the aforesaid Search Warrants, undersigned coordinated with the PDEA. Upon confirming the presence of the suspect in his premises, the teams surreptitiously cordoned the place and eventually neutralized the suspect. After informing him the contents of the aforesaid search warrants, he was then duly informed of his constitutional rights as mandated by law. The search commenced and was done in an orderly manner duly witnessed by Hon. Pablo Alburo Jr, Punong Barangay, Brgy. Del Carmen, Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte, Mr. Jay Uy from DOJ and Mr. Nestor T. Guballa Media representative.

4. Seized from the suspect’s possession and control were as follows;

1. Cash money amounted to two thousand five pesos in different denomination.

2. One (1) sachet of suspected shabu. 

3. One (1) piece Professional driver license 

4. One (1) pink pouch containing twenty (20) sacks of suspected shabu (1st zipper), 2nd zipper containing eleven (11) sacks of suspected shabu

5. One black and white pouch (stripe) containing cash money amounted to one thousand pesos (P1,000.00) in twenty peso bill. 

6. One (1) color red Eco bag containing yellow pouch containing three (3) pieces disposable lighters, one (1) sachet of suspected shabu, one (1) pack empty cellophane, one (1) piece scissor, one (1) teaspoon, and one (1) improvised bamboo sealer. 

7. One (1) unit Colt MKIV with deface serial number believed to be Cal. 45 inserted with magazine loaded with three (3) live ammos of .45.

8. One (1) piece of sharp bladed weapon known as “Sundang” to include scabbard.

All seized suspected shabu approximately weight of 160 grams with an estimated value of P1, 888, 000.00

Suspect refused to sign the Receipt/Inventory of Property Seized, Certification of Orderly Search. The witnesses signed the aforesaid receipts. Thereafter, the inventory and markings of evidence was done at the area. He (suspect) and the confiscated items were immediately brought to Del Carmen Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
